How does your booking work?
1. Your request
You submit your stay request using the form above. We will check availability and reply to you personally within 24 hours.
2. Your rental agreement
If the requested dates are available, we will send you your rental agreement by email or by post, specifying the terms and conditions of your stay.
3. Booking confirmation
To confirm your booking, the signed rental agreement must be returned to us together with a cheque for 30% of the total amount of your stay.
Upon receipt of the signed agreement and the deposit cheque, we will confirm in writing that the cheque has been received and that your booking is definitively confirmed.
4. On the day of your arrival
The deposit cheque will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon your arrival.
The remaining balance of your stay must be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card.
A €600 security deposit by cheque is also required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you upon departure, provided that no damage or deterioration has been found in the accommodation.
5. In the event of cancellation
For bookings made directly with us through our website:

30 days or more before arrival: the deposit will be fully refunded;

Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained by the Owner.
This cancellation policy applies only to bookings made directly with La Bastide des Plaines.
Bookings made through Airbnb remain subject to the cancellation policy applicable on Airbnb.
