All our rates include bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and private parking.
Booking conditions

Nightly rentals available all year round except for peak season; weekly rentals of 7 nights only.

During peak season (from 17/07/2027 to 21/08/2027), reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.

The reservation becomes effective after payment of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the stay.

The balance is due on the day of arrival.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €600 will be required upon arrival (preferably by check).
It will be returned after the initial inventory, subject to the absence of damage.
Cancellation conditions

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of payments made

Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: the 30% deposit will be retained

Less than 15 days before arrival: the total amount of the stay must be paid

Tourist tax: €1.87 / night / adult

Electric vehicle charging surcharge: €0.22 / kWh based on actual consumption recorded on the dedicated meter.
Security & Video Surveillance
For reasons of safety of people and property, La Bastide des Plaines is equipped with several CCTV cameras recording images outside the property as well as around the swimming pool.
No surveillance devices are installed inside the dwelling.
